The Bottom Status Bar helps keep track of background operations:
| • | Company File currently open (in some cases there may be more than one Company File) |
| • | Log on Date and Time |
| • | Version Number currently in place for FieldOne |
| • | Last Backup Date and Time |
| • | Alerts status - when Alerts are pending, click to show the Pending Alerts screen |
| • | Connected - green indicates user is connected to Server (For instance, during Updates to FieldOne, all connected users will be automatically logged off the server.) |
