In the set of Work Order Tabs, the second tab is either the Problems or Estimate Tab. In general, Work Orders have a similar set of Tabs following the General Tab. The exception is the second tab, as shown below:

Second Tab for a Service Call = Problems Tab, only for Service Calls

Second Tab for a Project = Estimate Tab, only for Projects. (Note also the Sub-Tabs below the Estimate Tab.)
