Portal Transactions

Portal Transactions are the activities that a Portal User can perform. These actions are then available for your Company to view and process inside FieldOne.

The following actions are available to the Portal User and are shown with examples:

1.Service Requests:
Initiate a new Service Request - processed inside FieldOne using Lookup Service Requests:

Update an existing Service Request - description, etc. - also processed in Lookup Service Requests:

Add a Note to a Service Request - creating Feedback for your staff - processed in Lookup Service Requests:

2.Work Orders:
Add a Note to a Work Order - creating Feedback for your staff - processed in the Work Order Feedback Tab:
