Reopen the Service Call

You may have reason to Reopen the Service Call once it is completed, because after a Service Call Work Order has been fully billed you cannot edit or enter new transactions.

If you need to continue with a Work Order at Billed Status, from the Work Order screen, select the Actions button at the bottom left. Then select Reactivate Work Order. As explained in the Reactivate topic, certain transactions will also automatically Reactivate a Work Order, after showing you a confirmation message.
