You can use different Time Periods to view the Schedule Board:

You will find by experimenting that each perspective has different benefits, from the detailed display to the more condensed overviews.

Tip: Remember that when you hover the mouse over a Schedule Slot that has been "miniaturized," the full details of the Schedule Slot will appear in a pop-up message beside the mouse.

You can include differing Time Periods when you name and save Layout Views for reuse.
