You may have reason to Deactivate an Estimate. For instance, perhaps you wish to change the original Estimate with a Revision, requiring new Customer approval, and entering into the final billing. There may be reasons to prefer this to adding a Change Order to the already Activated Estimate.

You will receive a confirmation message. Click Yes to continue.

When you are done, you will see that the Status of the Project is now at Estimate.
