It's very simple to install FieldOne, even when networking different machines. The application has two components.
| 1. | The Server component is installed on a central computer and stores the company information. |
| 2. | The Client component is installed on each user's computer and is used to access the company information on the Server. |

| • | Initial Install, First Machine - All components are placed on a single machine. If you simply wish to get started, you can go right into the steps for installing on a single machine.You can use this for a trial or pilot or simply as a stand-alone unit, adding more Clients later. |
| a) | Application Server - processing internal and external requests for the Program and Database |

| 2. | The Client component, the Software Application - functions and screens |
| • | You can run several Clients from the above single-machine install, all using the included Server. |
| ► | Install Application Clients - You can place the Client component only, the Software Application, on additional machines. This describes configurations and choices. |
