QuickBooks Requirements

These are the QuickBooks Requirements for Import.

Check the Version and Edition of QuickBooks:

Review the Version and Edition of QuickBooks planned for the Import. You may wish to take measures at this time to upgrade your QuickBooks application. For questions, please send an email to: support@fieldone.com.

The Import process supports these Versions and Editions:

•	QuickBooks Version 2002 or later

For Microsoft Windows Vista, QuickBooks Version 2007 with the latest updates is required

•	QuickBooks Pro Edition or higher

This includes specialized Editions such as:

►	Accountant Edition

►	Enterprise Edition

►	Contractor Edition

►	Nonprofit Edition (and some others)

Note: QuickBooks Online Edition is currently not supported

Change Active and Inactive Records inside QuickBooks:

The Import process will bring over only those records which QuickBooks shows as Active.

Use this control to make a careful review of your existing QuickBooks application. You can eliminate "deadwood" that will no longer be needed, and also perhaps make temporarily Active certain entries with history that you wish to have represented in FieldOne.

Refer to the QuickBooks documentation for how make individual records either Active or Inactive.
