Copy Estimate Items between Job Stages

You can Copy Estimate Items between Job Stages within the same Project, so that the same Items show up for each Job Stage on the Estimate Items Sub-Tab, which you can then later alter and supplement. This can save time by giving you a "head start" when a Project has similar Job Stages.
How to copy from Job Stage to another:
In the currently opened Project:
| 1. | Go to the Job Stages Sub-Tab on the Estimate Tab for the Project |
| 2. | Click a Job Stage on the screen to select the "destination," or To Job Stage. |
| 3. | Next click the Actions button on the bottom left |
| 4. | Click on Copy Info |
| 5. | Then click Copy Job Stage Details |
The Copy Job Stage Details screen will appear.
| • | Use the lookup-box to select the "source," or From Job Stage from others in this Project. |
| • | Select any of the check boxes to copy one set of Job Stage details to the other: |
| • | When you have made your selections, click OK to perform the copy. Then review the results on the destination Job Stage. |
